Introduction:

The Epoxy Resin Cast Dry Type Transformers is made with German Siemens technology. It can meet the usage requirements of environmental grade E2, climate grade C2 and flame retardant grade F1.

Operating environment

Altitude: The normal altitude does not exceed 1,000 meters.

When the altitude exceeds 1000 meters, the temperature rise and insulation levels need to be corrected in accordance with relevant standards:

Temperature rise correction: For sections with an altitude exceeding 1000m, the temperature rise is reduced by the following values for every 100m as a level: For self-cooling transformers :0.5%; For air-cooled transformers :1%.

Insulation level correction: When operating at an altitude of 1000-4500 meters and conducting tests at another altitude, the applied withstand voltage value should be multiplied by the coefficient T(for details, refer to Table 4 of GB/T1094.11-2022).

The altitude correction of the State Grid project shall be carried out in accordance with Q/GDW 13001-2014 Technical Specification for External Insulation Configuration at High Altitudes.

Ambient temperature

Maximum temperature: + 40 ℃

The maximum annual and monthly average temperature :+30℃

Maximum annual average temperature :+20℃

Minimum temperature: - 5 ℃

The relative humidity of the air should be less than 93%, and no water droplets should appear on the surface of the coil.

The waveform of the power supply voltage should be approximately a sine wave

Symmetrical multi-phase power supply voltage: For three-phase transformers, the three-phase power supply voltages should be approximately symmetrical.

Product features

The epoxy resin cast dry-type transformer produced by our company is mainly composed of core, coil, spacer, lead wire and other parts, and has the following features:

(1) The core is made of high-quality, high-permeability grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet material, with a 45° fully inclined joint and step-by-step lap joint process. The core column is bound with steel bands to ensure the overall stability of the core. All the steel parts of the transformer are sprayed with high-temperature resistant dry-type transformer special paint.

The amorphous alloy core is made of isotropic soft magnetic material - amorphous alloy, which has a low magnetization power, high resistivity, and low eddy current loss. The no-load loss of the product is very low, and the energy-saving effect is remarkable.

(2) Coil

The high-voltage coil adopts a multi-segment foil winding or wire winding structure. It is cast with filler-type resin under vacuum and formed in one demolding process. The winding surface is smooth and clean, with good appearance quality. The insulation grade is F class or day class.

The low-voltage coil adopts foil winding or wire winding structure, and the interlayer insulation uses pre-impregnated fabric. The insulation grade is F class or H class.

This type of coil structure features low partial discharge, strong short-circuit resistance, and excellent lightning impulse resistance.
