Product Introduction

The product is an epoxy resin cast fully enclosed electromagnetic current and voltage mutual inductor, featuring high precision, large capacity and stable performance. It is used for current, voltage, energy measurement and relay protection in power systems of 40.5kV, 12kV and below.

 Usage environment

Ambient temperature: Standard type: +40 to -25, high-altitude type: +25 to -25;

Altitude: Common type ≤1000m, plateau type ≤4000m.

   

Introduction to Raw Materials

   

1.It is made of high-quality domestic epoxy resin materials, which have the advantages of good toughness, insulation and high mechanical strength.

2. The primary conductor is made of industrial pure copper (T2 copper material), which features excellent electrical conductivity, low resistivity and strong overload capacity. The secondary winding adopts enameled wire of grade QZY-2/180 in accordance with the national standard.

3. The metering and measuring stages of the current mutual inductor adopt cores made of ultrafine crystal alloy materials, which ensures high precision, large capacity and FS≤5 of the product. The protection grade adopts imported high-quality silicon steel sheets, with high product precision, the maximum accuracy grade limit coefficient ALF can reach 40, and the compound error is small.

4. The voltage mutual inductor is made by rolling imported high-quality silicon steel sheets, featuring high precision, large capacity and strong anti-saturation ability.
